Iron Logic LLC provides custom fabrication, prototype manufacturing, and small-batch products. Please review this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Processing & Production Time
Most products sold by Iron Logic LLC are custom-made, experimental, or prototype items.

Production times vary based on project complexity, materials, and workload.

Any production or ship-by dates provided are estimates only and not guarantees.

Delays may occur due to material availability, equipment maintenance, or design changes.
Iron Logic LLC is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
2. Shipping Methods
Shipping methods and carriers are selected at the discretion of Iron Logic LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may use third-party carriers, freight services, or local delivery depending on item size, weight, and destination.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or provided as a custom quote. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
Oversized, heavy, or specialty items may require additional handling or freight charges.
4. Transfer of Risk
Risk of loss and responsibility for the product transfers to the customer once the item is shipped.
Once an order leaves our facility:

Carrier delays or mishandling are outside of our control

The customer assumes all responsibility for receipt and handling
5. Shipping Damage & Lost Packages
Iron Logic LLC is not responsible for damage or loss caused by shipping carriers.
Customers are strongly encouraged to:

Inspect packages immediately upon delivery

Document visible damage with photos

File claims directly with the shipping carrier when applicable
We may assist with documentation if requested, but responsibility remains with the carrier and customer.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Iron Logic LLC is not liable for:

Delays or losses due to incorrect addresses

Returned shipments caused by delivery failure

Additional shipping fees resulting from address errors
Any reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Local Pickup (If Available)
If local pickup is offered, customers are responsible for:

Scheduling pickup within the agreed timeframe

Proper transport and handling of items upon pickup
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the item is released for pickup.
8. No Guaranteed Delivery Dates
Iron Logic LLC does not guarantee delivery dates for any order.
We are not responsible for missed deadlines related to events, installations, or third-party schedules.
9. International Shipping (If Applicable)
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, taxes, duties, or delays.
The customer is solely responsible for all customs-related costs and compliance.
