1. About Iron Logic LLC
Iron Logic LLC is a New Mexico–based custom fabrication and manufacturing business. Our services include, but are not limited to, laser engraving and cutting, CNC plasma cutting, milling, lathing, welding, forging, and related fabrication processes.
2. Nature of Our Work (Important)
Iron Logic LLC specializes in custom, small-batch, and experimental fabrication. Because of this:
All custom-manufactured products are provided as prototypes, experimental items, or proof-of-concept parts.
These items are not mass-produced consumer goods, are not certified or tested to industry standards, and are not intended for regulated, safety-critical, or load-bearing applications unless explicitly agreed to in writing.
3. Customer Responsibility & Assumption of Risk
By purchasing a product or service from Iron Logic LLC, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are solely responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for your intended use.

You assume all risks associated with the use, handling, installation, modification, or resale of any product.

You understand that fabrication processes may result in sharp edges, heat-affected areas, material variations, or structural limitations.
Iron Logic LLC does not control how products are used after delivery and therefore cannot guarantee safety, performance, or longevity.
4. No Warranties
All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Iron Logic LLC expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

Implied warranties of merchantability

No verbal or written information provided by Iron Logic LLC shall create a warranty.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Third-party claims
In all cases, Iron Logic LLC’s total liability shall be strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
6. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Iron Logic LLC, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Any third-party claims related to products fabricated for you
This obligation survives delivery and use of the product.
7. Custom Orders & Final Sale
All custom orders are final sale due to their made-to-order nature.
Customers are responsible for approving designs, dimensions, spelling, and specifications prior to production. Iron Logic LLC is not responsible for customer-approved errors.
8. Pricing, Payment & Production
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required prior to production unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pricing and availability are subject to change.
9. Shipping & Transfer of Risk
Shipping timelines are estimates only. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product is shipped. Iron Logic LLC is not responsible for carrier delays or damage.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, designs, and original works are the property of Iron Logic LLC unless otherwise stated.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
12. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
