Refund Policy

Last updated: December 23, 2025

Iron Logic LLC operates as a custom fabrication and manufacturing business. Due to the nature of our work, all sales are final.

1. All Sales Final

All products and services sold by Iron Logic LLC are non-refundable and non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Custom-manufactured items

  • Prototype or proof-of-concept products

  • One-off, small-batch, or experimental fabrications

  • Services such as laser engraving/cutting, CNC plasma cutting, milling, lathing, welding, and forging

Once production has begun or a service has been performed, the sale is considered final.

2. Custom & Prototype Work

All custom-manufactured products are considered prototypes or experimental items and are produced to customer-provided specifications or approvals.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Variations, imperfections, and material characteristics are inherent to fabrication.

  • Products are provided “as is” and without guarantees of performance, durability, or suitability.

  • You accept full responsibility for the intended use of the product.

Because custom items cannot be resold or repurposed, refunds are not offered.

3. Case-by-Case Exceptions (No Guarantee)

In rare and extreme circumstances, Iron Logic LLC may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund or partial refund on a case-by-case basis.

Important notes:

  • Consideration of a refund does not imply obligation or guarantee.

  • Approval of one exception does not set a precedent for future refunds.

  • Any approved refund amount, method, or resolution is determined solely by Iron Logic LLC.

Examples of situations that may be reviewed include:

  • Clear manufacturing errors that materially deviate from the approved design

  • Damage occurring prior to shipment (not carrier-related)

4. What Is Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Customer-approved design errors (spelling, dimensions, layout, materials)

  • Normal fabrication variations or cosmetic imperfections

  • Dissatisfaction with appearance, finish, or subjective expectations

  • Damage occurring after delivery or during use

  • Misuse, modification, or unintended application of a product

  • Shipping delays or carrier-related issues

5. Shipping & Damage Claims

Once an order has shipped, risk of loss transfers to the customer. Iron Logic LLC is not responsible for damage caused by shipping carriers.

Customers are encouraged to inspect packages upon delivery and file carrier claims when applicable.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing from Iron Logic LLC, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for non-refundable purchases.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Order cancellation

  • Refusal of future service

  • Collection or dispute action if applicable
